Can I get a refund on the course?

Yes! There is a 3 day trial period with any course listed on the courses page. After this period, refunds will not be given.
Refunds are not valid for subcriptions

I'm struggling with the course content. Can I get extra help?

If you are having difficulties with any of the course content , please send your questions through the contact form and we will reply to you within 48 hours.

You also have an option to get additional 1:1 personal support through the coaching program available.

Do you offer payment plans?

If you'd like to enrol in a course and you're unable to pay in full, please use the support for to contact us to discuss.
